Returns Policy
What to do if there's a problem with your order:
All items returned for an exchange, store credit or refund must be done within 14 days from receipt of your order. Refer to Conditions of Return.
Conditions of Return
All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging for your return to be processed.
If returned items appear to be used, modified or damaged and we are unable to re-stock for sale, your credit/refund will be declined.
15% re-stocking fee applicable for change of mind
Note: Original postage or delivery charge is non-refundable.

Faulty Items
PB Packaging are fully compliant with Australian Consumer Law. Should you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund to the full value of the purchase price.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item supplied by PB Packaging, we will arrange for the collection of that product. All items must be in its original, unmarked saleable condition.
Non Refundable/Non Returnable Items
1. No refunds or returns on customised or customer-specific stock.
2. No refunds or returns on non-stocked items.
3. No refunds or returns due to "change of mind".
Note: Colour of items displayed online versus colour of items received may vary slightly due to screen resolution
